today I wore clothes that weren’t pyjamas or gym wear for the first time in a week, thought I should commemorate it with a selfy #week13

bloodrider asked: what do you do when your one king st photo isn't fabulous like you'd hoped

A) If you’re not tagged it doesn’t exist

B) Own it, sista - you’re a party animal and you don’t care what others think!

C) There’s ALWAYS someone in the album worse off than you

Anonymous asked: can you please tell us what exercise you are talking about which you do on a regular basis? i need some sort of fun activity to enhance my wellbeing.

I do Les Mills’ Body Attack (high intensity aerobics) and Body Pump (weight training) a couple of times a week at my local gym. I do it with a little group of friends which helps make it all the more enjoyable (plus, you’re more likely to go when there are others counting on you). Since doing them regularly I’ve barely been sick and have noticed a huge increase in energy levels. It’s also a great stress reliever which helps me control my anxiety.  and obviously I now have buns and quads of steel #squats

Anonymous asked: how much do you weigh? If you don't mind me asking how do you stay so thin when you seem to dislike exercise?

look, I won’t answer another question about my weight because it’s not helpful to anyone and means nothing so long as I am healthy and comfortable, but I found a form of exercise I enjoy about a year ago. I do it 3-5 hours a week purely because I have fun doing it and it has only done great things for my mental and physical health - nothing to do with controlling my weight.
