Older sibling party advice by Anna Shelly.
I do Les Mills’ Body Attack (high intensity aerobics) and Body Pump (weight training) a couple of times a week at my local gym. I do it with a little group of friends which helps make it all the more enjoyable (plus, you’re more likely to go when there are others counting on you). Since doing them regularly I’ve barely been sick and have noticed a huge increase in energy levels. It’s also a great stress reliever which helps me control my anxiety. and obviously I now have buns and quads of steel #squats
look, I won’t answer another question about my weight because it’s not helpful to anyone and means nothing so long as I am healthy and comfortable, but I found a form of exercise I enjoy about a year ago. I do it 3-5 hours a week purely because I have fun doing it and it has only done great things for my mental and physical health - nothing to do with controlling my weight.
